Reading The Signs

Opportunities tend to present themselves in ways we tipically don't recognize right away- Sometimes the loss of a job, a sudden storm that spoils big plans, or even the death of a pet can free you up in ways you never expected. Through moments like these, instead of saying "WHY ME!" saying, "what's next?" Yoga is about facing ourselves in the present moment and discovering opportunity where there once was anger or sadness or fear. Signs like these will present themselves at every turn on your path. Read them well, take them for what they are and understand where they may lead you. namaste.

United We Stand

When we can trust others and feel supported, we can move more through life more freely, easily, and happily.  Do you have people in your life you can be completely honest with?  People that understand and value what you want have to contribute?  Find a tribe that supports your creative and spiritual growth!
